Application

l  It is suitable for processing various conductive materials such as stainless steel, quenched steel, copper, aluminum, and hard alloys, and can machine deep and small holes ranging from ∅0.2mm to ∅3mm;

l  It processes micro holes on molds and threading holes, fiber spinning nozzles and spinner plates, spinning holes of filter plates and screen plates, cooling holes of motor blades and cylinder bodies, oil and gas passages of hydraulic and pneumatic valve bodies, etc.;

l  It can also be used to remove drill bits, taps, etc. broken in the workpiece.

1.        The processing hole diameter is ∅0.2-∅.3mm, and the maximum depth-to-diameter ratio can reach 300:1;

2.        The maximum processing speed can reach 30-60mm/min;
