1989: The company entered into partnership with COSMOS international Machinery Co., Ltd., HongKong to set up a joint venture called Suzhou Sanguang Electric Machinery Co., Ltd.

1993: The company move to Suzhou New District becoming the first Sino-foreign high-Tech company making investment in th above district;

1994: Sodick Co., Ltd. Japan entered into partnership with the company so that the name of the company was changed inti Sodick-Sanguang Electric Machinery Co., Ltd.

1996: The company started to research and produce DK7632 Brass wire EDM;

2004: Suzhou Sanguang Group Company was reformed and the company was renamed as Suzhou Sanguang Science&Technology Co., Ltd.

2008: Private enterprise SuzhouSanguang Science&Technology C., Ltd.
